The Sydney Eye Hospital Alumni Association

The Sydney Eye Hospital Alumni Association was formed in 1996 to foster the continuing relationships of the many ophthalmologists trained at Australia's oldest and largest eye hospital.

The Alumni Association aims to,

hold a biennial scientific meeting to share knowledge amongst its fellows and other interested ophthalmologists

provide support to training registrars and fellows in the many subspecialities represented within the hospital

to provide research funds for significant projects within the hospital through the Donaldson Fund

maintain a sense of community between current Sydney Eye Hospital staff and former trainees.

to support the education and training of ophthalmic nurses and orthoptists
